The Megane Sport 225 Cup hatchback comes in five-door form and is a seriously fast small hatch with 165kW and 300Nm of turbocharged power at its disposal via a six-speed manual gearbox. The Sport 225 Cup uses a more focussed sports suspension, premium Brembo brakes, special 18-inch alloys and a full complement of electronic safety aids (sports-tuned stability control with understeer control, ABS) as well as Xenon headlights, nicely shaped leather seats and a grippy, leather-rim steering wheel. That’s on top of standard gear including six airbags, cruise control, automatic climate control, drilled alloy pedals and four-speaker CD audio.
