Kangoo is Renault’s take on the mini commercial van market where VW’s Caddy, Holden’s Combo, Peugeot’s Partner and Citroen’s Berlingo vie for recognition. A big plus for Kangoo is that it comes in petrol or turbodiesel form. Offering a load area of 2.75 cubic metres along with a payload up to 560kg, the Kangoo is accessed by left and right side loading doors and wide-opening rear doors. The torquier, thriftier 1.5-litre diesel engine produces 62kW and 200Nm and comes only with five-speed manual transmission. ABS, dual front airbags, air-conditioning, trip computer and two-speaker CD audio are standard.
