The five-door Peugeot 308 followed the 307 in early 2008, bringing a rewarding drive experience with a return to Peugeot’s legendary balance between ride and handling, a focus on fuel economy and a big, comfortable interior. And unmistakable, in-your-face styling. The 308 range includes five petrol and diesel engine variants and three trim levels: XS, XSE and XTE. The XSE Turbo hatchback has a boosted, 110kW/240Nm version of the 1.6-litre engine enabling it to blast to 100km/h in 8.8 seconds. Equipment is essentially the same as the regular 1.6-litre XSE with stability control, rear parking sensors and 16-inch alloys.
